The service
AnsCare Services, LLC provides information about in-home care in Columbus, Cincinnati, and nearby communities in Ohio, an employment application, and password-protected tools for office staff and caregivers. Families do not receive a public login.
Not medical advice or emergency care
Content on this site is general information. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for professional advice. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. Do not use this website for emergencies.
No inventing care
Hours, services, and rates come from authorizations and office records. This website does not invent coverage, units, or a promise of 24-hour live-in care unless that is what the record actually says.
Accounts
- Office and caregiver accounts are for authorized staff only.
- Keep your password private. Do not share logins.
- We may suspend accounts that appear abused or unauthorized.
- Caregivers use Caregiver sign-in. Office staff use Office sign-in.
Job applications
Submitting Apply does not guarantee an interview or job. Provide accurate information. Misrepresentation may end consideration. Optional uploads should be documents you are allowed to share.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to break security, scrape personal data, spam forms, or impersonate staff.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and software belong to AnsCare Services, LLC or its licensors. Stock photographs are licensed for illustration and are not photos of AnsCare clients or staff unless stated.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every public page reflects every authorization on file.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, AnsCare Services, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the public website. Care services remain governed by separate care agreements and payer rules.
