Welcome to AnsCare Services, LLC

Pictures

See how it works.

Each picture has one word. Follow the pictures if reading is hard. These are real photographs of homecare. They are stock photos — not pictures of AnsCare staff or clients.

Who we serve

Care planned around the person.

We support people who want help at home — companionship, supervision, personal care, and rides when those are on the authorization. We do not invent a service, a rate, or a client login.

Older adults

Help with the day at home so someone can stay in a familiar place. What we do follows the care plan and the hours the payer approved.

A caregiver helping someone walk with a walker at home.
People with disabilities

Including DODD home and community-based services when an HPC authorization is on file. Blank authorizations stay blank until the office has them.

A family member calling the office from home.
Families call

You call or email the office. There is no family app password. Staff use Staff sign-in for schedule, visits, payroll, and billing.

Care

Support that comes to the house.

Plain language first. Payer codes are listed so the office and the authorization match. If a service is not on that person’s record, it is not promised here.

A caregiver helping an older adult with a meal at home.
Personal care

T1019

Daily help in the home when T1019 is authorized. Help follows the care plan — bathing, dressing, and other tasks the plan names.

A caregiver folding laundry while an older adult sits nearby.
Home and community

DODD HPC

HPC when a DODD authorization is on file. Billed only for that service. We do not invent a rate.

A caregiver keeping an older adult company at home.
Companionship

In the home

Being present, keeping someone safe, and keeping company. Part of in-home support when the plan includes it.

A caregiver helping an older adult into a car.
Rides

When authorized

Rides when transportation is on that client’s plan. If it is not on file, it stays off the list for that person.

A visit

What help can look like.

Look at the pictures. A person only receives what their plan and authorization name — not this whole list by default.

    ADLBathing / showering
    ADLDressing / grooming
    ADLToileting
    ADLTransfer / mobility
    ADLEating / feeding assistance
    IADLMeal preparation
    IADLLight housekeeping
    IADLLaundry
    IADLMedication reminder
    IADLErrands / shopping

Medication reminder is a reminder, not a nurse giving a shot. Errands and rides follow the plan. If a task is not on file, it is not part of that visit.

How it works

From the first call to a finished visit.

Homecare is not a walk-in clinic. Follow the five pictures: Call, Plan, Day, House, Office.

  1. A family member calling on a phone.
    Call
    1

    Call or email the office

Families and case managers start here. Have the person’s name. Bring payer or authorization details if you have them. There is no family signup form.

  2. Care papers on a desk.
    Plan
    2

    Authorization on file

Care follows what the payer approved — service, hours or units, and dates. If those fields are blank, remaining hours cannot be guessed.

  3. A caregiver at a house looking at a phone and a clock.
    Day
    3

    A visit is scheduled

The office assigns a caregiver and a day. Repeating a visit across weeks does not copy GPS or past visit history.

  4. A caregiver at the front door of a home.
    House
    4

    Care at the house

The caregiver opens My shift, starts the visit, and clocks out when the shift ends. GPS is stored at clock-in. A visit note is optional.

  5. An office worker reviewing a folder.
    Office
    5

    The office reviews

An administrator approves so payroll and billing match the clock. Caregivers cannot approve their own visits. Mark paid does not send money. Mark submitted does not send a claim file.

Getting started

What to have ready.

You do not need a website account. Bring what you already have. Blank fields stay blank until the office has them. Then call 614-381-1936 or anscare26@gmail.com.

  1. NameThe person’s full name and how to reach the family or case manager.
  2. PapersPayer or authorization papers if you have them (Medicaid / MCO, DODD, or other).
  3. HouseThe home address where care would happen.
  4. DaysAny schedule needs you already know. The office still has to put visits on the calendar.

Families

What to know before you call.

A family member using a phone, not a computer login.
No family login

Clients and families do not receive a password. This website is information and contact. Staff sign-in is only for office staff and caregivers — use Staff.

On file

What we will not invent

Phone numbers, emails, addresses, rates, and visit times stay empty until they are on file. An address lookup is not a saved home pin until the office saves it.

Private

Privacy

Visit details, authorizations, and payroll live in the office system for people who are signed in. Do not email a password. The office tells a caregiver a new password in person.

Service area

Columbus, Ohio.

Columbus

The office is in Columbus. Care is in the home. We do not list extra cities or counties here unless they are on file. If you are not sure we serve your street, call and ask.

Office: 6100 Channingway Blvd, Ste 201, Columbus, OH 43235. Office hours are not listed because they are not stored in this app.

Working here

Caregivers and the office.

New aides are not treated as workers until the office says so. Many start as applicants and take staff exams. The office creates the Caregiver login and tells them the password.

A caregiver clocking in at a house.
My shift

Caregivers clock in and out at the house. They cannot open payroll or Settings. They can also use caregiver.anscare.care.

An office desk with a computer and papers.
Office

Today’s work, schedule, visits, authorizations, payroll, and billing. Same office login on every computer. Theme colors stay on that screen. Office login.

Records only

This is not a bank or a payer send

The app records visits and office status. It does not ACH pay aides and it does not send an Ohio EVV vendor file from a download button.

About

Who we are

AnsCare Services, LLC is a Columbus, Ohio home health agency. We support older adults and people with disabilities in the place they already live. The goal is a safer, more comfortable day at home.

Leadership

Charles Ansah, CEO

Supervisory nursing on printed assessments is listed as Judith Appau, Supervisory Nurse. Office visit reports use Laurie Longtin where that form asks for a supervisor name.

Where we work

Care is in the home. The office is in Columbus. We do not list extra cities or counties here unless they are on file.

Office: 6100 Channingway Blvd, Ste 201, Columbus, OH 43235
Mail: 2068 Teakwood Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43229

Printed forms

Some nursing assessments print 7965 N High St, Suite 350, Rm 20, Columbus, OH 43235. Timesheets print 6100 Channingway Blvd. Suite 201, Columbus, OH 43232. Those are form letterheads, not extra clinics you walk into.

Safety

Emergencies and concerns.

A red emergency phone. Call 911 if someone is in danger.
Hurt? 911

Immediate danger

Call 911. Then call the office at 614-381-1936 when you can. This site cannot send help to the house.

Call the office if a visit is missed.
Then call us

A missed visit or a worry

Call or email the office. Do not use Staff sign-in as a family. If someone is hurt, call 911 first.

Home, not hospital

What we are not

Not an emergency room, not a nursing facility admission, and not a public job board with invented openings. Ask the office about work.

Questions

People usually ask.

Do I get a login as a client or family member?

No. Families call or email. Only office staff and caregivers sign in.

How do I start services?

Call 614-381-1936 or email anscare26@gmail.com. The office needs the person and, when you have it, the payer authorization. There is no public form that invents hours.

What payers do you take?

Care follows authorizations on file — including Medicaid / MCO personal care (T1019) and DODD HPC when those are on the record. We do not publish a guessed list of every plan. Ask the office.

Will someone live in my house?

This is scheduled in-home support, not a promise of 24-hour live-in care unless that is what the authorization and schedule actually say. See care.

Is this a hospital, clinic, or nursing facility?

No. Care happens in the home you already live in. We are not an emergency room, walk-in clinic, or a bed you move into. If someone is in danger, call 911.

Do you take walk-ins at the office?

The office is for the agency, not a waiting room for care. Call or email first. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

How do I know the caregiver was there?

They clock in and out on My shift at the house. The office can see arrival against the saved home pin when that pin exists. A street lookup is not the pin until it is saved. How a visit works.

What if we need more hours?

Hours come from the authorization on file. Ask the office. This website cannot add units.

Can I email a caregiver a password?

No. The office sets a Caregiver login password and tells them in person. It is not emailed and not stored on this public page. Staff use Staff sign-in.

Is this the old Wix website?

No. This is the AnsCare site on the same app the office uses. The old developer page is not this site. Back to Home.
