The page keeps reloading or sends me back to sign-in
Usually an old or expired sign-in on this device. Signing in again fresh fixes most cases.
Steps
- Close every AnsCare tab, then open one tab and sign in again.
- Use the sign-in page for your role: Caregiver sign-in or Office sign-in.
- If you were given a temporary password, you will be asked to choose your own before anything else opens. Finish that step first.
- Make sure your phone or computer shows the correct date and time. A wrong clock can make a sign-in look expired.
- If it still happens, call your office and say which page you were on and what you saw.
